FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers
Which platforms are supported?
Twelve: Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Telegram, X, Threads, Bluesky, Discord, TikTok, Pinterest and Reddit — each written to its own rules, not one caption pasted twelve times. YouTube isn't here because it needs video and Occasely writes image posts.
Is the AI really unlimited?
Writing is — on Growth and Pro there are no post limits and no caption meters, so regenerate ten times for one occasion if that's what it takes to sound like you. AI image generation is the one metered thing: it runs on monthly credits, because an image costs us real money per render and pretending otherwise is how tools end up with surprise top-ups. We'd rather say it here.
Which languages can it write in?
Eighteen, including Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, French, German, Indonesian, Filipino, Hinglish, Hindi, Bengali and Tamil — written natively in each, in the register a shop owner actually uses, not machine-translated. That includes the mixed registers people really sell in, like Hinglish.
Does it actually publish, or just remind me?
It publishes. Approve a post and Occasely puts it out at its slot on every connected channel. The queue is durable, so a scheduled post survives a deploy or a restart, failures retry, and you get told when something needs you instead of finding out from an empty feed.
Is my data safe?
Your social account tokens are encrypted at rest, and Occasely never posts anything without your explicit approval. You can disconnect a channel at any time.
Where does Occasely work?
Anywhere. The occasion calendar covers festivals, holidays and shopping moments worldwide — Diwali and Black Friday are the same feature — and billing is in USD everywhere, with sales tax, VAT or GST handled for your market at checkout. Nothing about the product is tied to one country.
