Comment replies in your voice, posted automatically
A good answer under a comment isn't a reply to one person; it's a reply to everyone who reads the post after them. AI comment replies read each new comment on your posts, work out what it is, and answer only the ones worth answering: a real question or a sign someone wants to buy. The answer comes from your knowledge base, in the commenter's language, and appears publicly under their comment. Compliments, emoji, friends tagging friends and spam are recognised and skipped. Complaints go to you, immediately, and never to the AI.
Instagram Business or Creator account. Official Meta API, no password, free plan with no card.
Coming soon. Instagram automation opens once Meta approves our app for Instagram messaging. It will be part of every plan, not an add-on.
Who it's for
Accounts where “price?”, “where are you located?” and “do you ship?” appear under every post and get answered under none.
Owners who want comments answered in public but would never trust a bot with an unhappy customer.
Businesses already using comment-to-DM who want the questions that aren't keywords handled too.
How it works
Create the post, publish it, and let the replies, the leads and the clicks follow. Four steps, one afternoon.
- Create01
Fill the knowledge base
Twelve short categories: pricing, delivery, locations, hours, returns and the rest. The brand profile Occasely already uses for captions is included. Two lines under Delivery answer every “do you ship to…?” you'll ever get.
- Engage02
Switch on AI comment replies for the account
Every new comment is classified first: purchase intent, question, positive, neutral, spam, emoji only, tag-a-friend, complaint or irrelevant. Only questions and purchase intent get an AI reply; the rest are logged and left alone.
- Capture03
Complaints are routed to you
A comment classified as a complaint skips the AI. You're notified, and it waits in the inbox for a person. If the AI can't answer a question from what you've written, it invites the person to DM rather than guessing in public.
- Convert04
Pair it with a keyword DM
Run a comment-to-DM automation alongside: PRICE gets the tracked link in their inbox, and the AI handles “is this available in blue?” in public. Every reply, AI or keyword, appears on the automation's timeline with what was sent and why.
What it looks like
Real templates, with the reply rendered the way the customer sees it. Names and links are examples; yours come from your own setup.
“Where are you located?” → a public answer with the area
We're in Koramangala, Bengaluru, just off 80 Feet Road 📍 Open 10–8, Monday to Saturday!
From your Locations and Opening hours entries. Fifty other readers now know where you are, without one of them having to ask.
“Is this available in blue?” → answered, or a nudge to DM
It comes in navy and sky blue! Send us a message and we'll help you pick 🙂
If Products covers the colours, the AI says so. If it doesn't, the reply is “Send us a message and we'll help”, which is what an honest shop assistant says too.
“Still waiting for my order, no reply for 5 days” → you, not the AI
(nothing automated — you're notified and the thread waits for a person)
A complaint under a post is the most public thing that can happen to a small business. It gets a human, fast, and the AI never adds a cheerful reply on top.
Part of every plan
Engage isn't an add-on. It comes with the same plan that writes and schedules your posts, in USD everywhere, tax handled at checkout.

Questions
Which comments does the AI reply to?
Only those classified as a question or as purchase intent. Compliments, emoji-only comments, tag-a-friend comments, spam and off-topic remarks are recognised and skipped. Complaints are routed to you and never answered by the AI.
What does it say when it doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't bluff. If the answer isn't in your knowledge base, the reply invites the person to send a message so a person can help, in their language. Replies containing prices or links you didn't supply are discarded before they're posted.
How are complaints handled?
The comment is classified before anything else happens. A complaint skips the AI entirely; you get a notification, and the conversation is marked for a human. You reply yourself, publicly under the comment or privately from the inbox.
Can I review replies before they're posted?
Not as an approval queue today. What you get instead is a tight leash and full visibility: the AI only speaks from facts you wrote, refuses invented prices and links, and every reply is logged on the account's timeline. You can pause AI replies per account with one toggle at any time.
Does this replace comment-to-DM?
It completes it. Keyword automations handle the predictable comments (PRICE, BOOK, LINK) with a private reply and a tracked link; AI comment replies handle the unpredictable questions in public. Most businesses run both on the same posts.
What does it cost, and what do I need?
An Instagram Business or Creator account connected through Instagram's own login (no password), and the Growth plan at $19/mo, which includes 500 AI replies a month shared between comments and DMs. Pro at $39/mo includes 3,000 a month across three Instagram accounts.
