Run Instagram automation for every client from one login
An agency's problem with Instagram automation is the same as its problem with everything: three clients, three logins, three places to check. Occasely Pro is one owner login running Engage on up to three client Instagram accounts, with one inbox for all of them. Each client's automations, knowledge base and leads stay with that client's account, and the inbox filters to one client in a click. And because the posts are written and scheduled in the same tool, the Diwali campaign for the jewellery client and the “Comment PRICE” automation under it live on the same campaign page, with its triggers and leads next to the post, and its clicks on the automation.
Instagram Business or Creator account. Official Meta API, no password, free plan with no card.
Coming soon. Instagram automation opens once Meta approves our app for Instagram messaging. It will be part of every plan, not an add-on.
Who it's for
Small agencies and freelancers managing Instagram for a handful of local businesses.
Freelancers who schedule a client's posts and answer their DMs too, and would rather do both from one login.
Agencies asked by clients for “that comment-the-word thing” who'd rather run it in the tool they already schedule from.
How it works
Create the post, publish it, and let the replies, the leads and the clicks follow. Four steps, one afternoon.
- Create01
Connect each client's Instagram account
Each client signs in with their own Instagram Business or Creator account and approves comments and messaging; Occasely stores a token, never a password. Pro runs Engage on three accounts at once; automations, knowledge base and AI settings are per account.
- Publish02
Write the campaign, attach the automation
Plan the occasion campaign in Occasely (unlimited campaigns on Pro), and attach “Send price” or “Capture email” to the post from the composer. The campaign page shows the posts and the automations that hang off them.
- Engage03
Replies run per client, in the client's voice
Each account's automations use that client's links, keywords and wording; each account's AI answers only from that client's knowledge base. A complaint under a client's post notifies you and waits for a person.
- Convert04
One inbox, reports per account
Every client's conversations land in one inbox, with a filter per account. Every lead records the account and automation it came from; the list filters by source, automation, status and date and exports as CSV. Tracked-link clicks are counted per automation, so an automation scoped to a client's reel tells you what that reel produced.
What it looks like
Real templates, with the reply rendered the way the customer sees it. Names and links are examples; yours come from your own setup.
Jewellery client: PRICE on the Diwali reel → the collection
Hey Priya 👋 Thanks for asking! Here's the Diwali collection with prices: occasely.com/l/d1Wl4j
Attached to the campaign's hero post from the composer. Triggered, sent and leads show on the campaign page next to the post; clicks are on the automation's page, ready for the client report.
Clinic client: CALL → a phone number for the front desk
Hey Meera 👋 What's the best number for our front desk to reach you on?
The number lands on a lead under the clinic's account. Export the leads as CSV on Friday, filtered to that automation, and hand it over.
Café client: story reply → today's special
Thanks Kabir 🙌 Today's special is the slow-cooked mutton — here's the menu: occasely.com/l/s4Mn8p
Set up once for the café; it covers every story the café posts until you pause it. The café's link, the café's voice.
Any client: “is this on sale?” → from that client's knowledge base
Not this week, but the linen range is 10% off on two or more. Want the link?
AI replies are scoped to the account: the jeweller's AI never quotes the café's hours. Prices and links it wasn't given are refused before sending, and refund questions come to you.

Questions
How many client accounts can one workspace run?
Pro runs Engage on three Instagram accounts at once, with 50 live automations, 10,000 automated messages and 3,000 AI replies a month across them, and unlimited leads. Growth runs one account; Free runs one with 2 automations. More than three Instagram accounts isn't something one workspace does today, and we'd rather say so than have you find out at the fourth client.
Are automations and leads separate per client?
Yes. Every automation belongs to one Instagram account, the knowledge base and AI settings are per account, and every lead records the account and post it came from. The leads list and CSV export filter by source, automation, status and date. One inbox covers every account in the workspace, so you work one queue, with each thread showing which account it belongs to.
Can more than one person work the inbox?
Not yet. A workspace runs from one owner login today, and there's no way to invite a colleague into it. Every message shows whether it was sent by an automation, by the AI or by you, so a client can be shown exactly who said what.
Does the client have to give us their Instagram password?
No, and they shouldn't. The client signs in on Instagram's own screen and approves comments and messaging for their Business or Creator account. Occasely stores an encrypted token that the client can revoke from Instagram's settings at any time. Everything runs through the official Meta API.
What does Instagram allow us to send on a client's behalf?
The same as for anyone: one private reply per comment within 7 days, DM replies for 24 hours after the customer's last message, and never a first message to someone who hasn't written in. Occasely enforces this before sending and logs every skipped message with the reason, which is a useful thing to be able to show a client.
What does Pro cost?
$39/mo, or $390 a year (two months free), billed in USD with local tax handled at checkout. It includes the three Instagram accounts, unlimited occasion campaigns and twelve connected channels for scheduling, alongside Engage.
