Three branches, three Instagram accounts, one inbox
Some businesses run a separate Instagram account for each branch: the café in Bandra and the one in Andheri, a salon's two studios, a clinic's three locations. Occasely Pro runs Engage on up to three Instagram accounts in one workspace, from one owner login, with one inbox that filters by account. Each account has its own automations, so a MENU comment on the Bandra account gets the Bandra menu. Everything else is shared: posts and campaigns are written from the business's one brand profile, and every account's AI answers from that same brand profile and one knowledge base.
Instagram Business or Creator account. Official Meta API, no password, free plan with no card.
Early access. Instagram automation is open to a first group of workspaces, and opens to every plan after that.
Who it's for
Cafés, salons, clinics and stores that run a separate Instagram account for each branch, up to three.
Owners who answer every branch's DMs themselves and would rather work one inbox than three phones.
Businesses whose branches share a name, a menu and a price list, and differ in address and hours.
How it works
Create the post, publish it, and let the replies, the leads and the clicks follow. Four steps, one afternoon.
- Create01
Connect each branch's Instagram account
Sign in with each branch's Instagram Business or Creator account and approve comments and messaging; Occasely stores a token, never a password. Pro runs Engage on three accounts at once. Automations, AI on/off and the “not sure” and handoff messages are per account; the knowledge base and brand profile are shared across the workspace.
- Publish02
Write the campaign, attach the automation
Plan the occasion campaign in Occasely (unlimited campaigns on Pro) and attach “Send price” or “Capture email” to an image post from the composer. The campaign page shows the posts and the automations that hang off them. For a reel posted from the Instagram app, pick it in the automation's post picker.
- Engage03
Each branch's links, one set of facts
Each account's automations use their own links, keywords and wording. AI replies and {{business_name}} come from the workspace's one brand profile and knowledge base, so they are the same on every account, and the AI isn't told which account a message came in on. Write each branch's hours and address under the branch's name.
- Convert04
One inbox, a filter per account
Every account's DMs and story replies land in one inbox, with a filter per account and each thread labeled with its account. Leads filter by source, automation, status and date and export as CSV; an automation belongs to one account, so filtering by it shows one branch's leads. Tracked-link clicks are counted per automation.
What it looks like
Real templates, with the reply rendered the way the customer sees it. Names and links are examples; yours come from your own setup.
Bandra account: MENU → the Bandra menu
Here you go Aarav: occasely.com/l/m3Nu4k — the Bandra menu, with Sunday brunch on page two 🥞
An automation belongs to one Instagram account, so the Bandra account's MENU sends the Bandra menu and the Andheri account's sends Andheri's. Pick the reels in the post picker, or run it on every post that account has published.
Andheri account: BOOK → that branch's tables
Hey Zara 👋 Reserve a table at our Andheri café here: occasely.com/l/t8Bl3e — Fridays go fast!
The same template on each account, with a different link. Clicks are counted per automation, so each branch's booking link has its own count.
Story reply → that branch's special
Thanks Kabir 🙌 Today's special in Bandra is the slow-cooked mutton — here's the menu: occasely.com/l/s4Mn8p
Set up once on each account; it covers every story that account posts until you pause it.
“What time do you close?” → from the shared knowledge base
Bandra is open till 11pm and Andheri till 10pm tonight. Which one are you coming to?
Every account's AI reads the same knowledge base and isn't told which account the DM came in on, so write each branch's hours under its name. Prices and links it wasn't given are refused before sending, and refund questions go to you.
Included in every plan when it opens
Engage won't be an add-on: once it opens, it comes with the same plan that writes and schedules your posts, in USD everywhere, tax handled at checkout.

Questions
How many Instagram accounts can one workspace run?
Pro runs Engage on three Instagram accounts at once, with 50 live automations, 10,000 automated messages and 3,000 AI replies a month across them, and unlimited leads. Growth runs one account; Free runs one with 2 automations. More than three Instagram accounts isn't something one workspace does today, and we'd rather say so than have you find out at the fourth branch.
What is separate per account, and what is shared?
Automations are per Instagram account, and so are the AI on/off switches and the “not sure” and handoff messages. Each lead records the automation that captured it. The knowledge base and brand profile are shared by the whole workspace, and the leads list and CSV don't split by account; filter by an automation instead. One inbox covers every account, with a filter per account.
Can one workspace run several different businesses, or clients?
No. A workspace is one business: one brand profile, one knowledge base, one occasion calendar and one time zone, and every account's posts and AI replies use them. Three different businesses in one workspace would get each other's facts in their replies. Occasely has no client logins, client sign-off step or white-label reports.
Can more than one person work the inbox?
Not yet. A workspace runs from one owner login today, and there's no way to invite a colleague or a branch manager into it. Every message shows whether it was sent by an automation, by the AI or by you.
Does each branch have to give Occasely its Instagram password?
No. Each account signs in on Instagram's own screen and approves comments and messaging for its Business or Creator account. Occasely stores an encrypted token that can be revoked from Instagram's settings at any time. Everything runs through the official Meta API.
What does Pro cost?
$39/mo, or $390 a year (two months free), billed in USD with local tax handled at checkout. It includes the three Instagram accounts for Engage, unlimited occasion campaigns and up to twelve connected channels for scheduling.
