Occasely vs FeedHive
FeedHive's AI makes a post better. Occasely's AI decides what the next six posts are, because Diwali is five weeks out. Same category, different starting point.
The short answer
FeedHive is the most AI-forward scheduler in our research, and all of that AI works at the level of a single post: tone-tuned writing, generated images, hashtags, engagement prediction before you publish, and recycling that turns one good post into a year of variants. Occasely works a level up. You name an occasion — Diwali, Black Friday, Eid, Christmas — and it plans the arc, writes every post, and dates them: teaser, build-up, offer, last day. Neither tool does the other's job. If your problem is that individual posts underperform, FeedHive is the better buy and we would tell you so. If your problem is that the occasion arrives and nothing is planned, that is the thing Occasely was built for. Every FeedHive figure on this page comes from our July 2026 research; prices and limits change, so check feedhive.com/pricing before you decide.
What FeedHive is genuinely good at
Post-level AI nothing else in this category matches
Writing with tone-of-voice tuning, AI image generation, hashtags, and pre-publish engagement prediction — scoring a post before it goes out was unique to FeedHive across the nine schedulers we researched. Occasely has nothing like it.
Recycling and conditional workflows
FeedHive turns published posts into new variants and fires automations on a condition. If you have a library that stays true all year, that compounds. Occasely plans around dates, which by definition do not repeat until next year.
Channels we simply do not have
At research time FeedHive covered TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn Pages and Facebook Groups. Occasely publishes to none of those five, and our LinkedIn support is personal profiles only.
Room above a small business
The researched Business and Agency tiers reached 100 and 500 accounts, with white label on Agency. Occasely tops out at 12 connected channels on Pro. If you run an agency roster, FeedHive scales where we stop.
Where Occasely is the better fit
One level up from the post
Name an occasion and Occasely plans a multi-post arc across your channels — teaser, build-up, offer, last day — every post written in your brand voice and dated. FeedHive can improve a post you thought of. It will not tell you that you needed four posts, starting Tuesday.
AI you do not have to ration
FeedHive meters AI with credits on every tier, from 5,000 to 200,000 at the prices we researched. On Occasely, text generation is unlimited on paid plans and credits apply only to generated images. There is also a free plan — 10 AI posts a month, individual posts rather than occasion campaigns, which start on Growth — so you can hear what the writing sounds like on your own feed. FeedHive had no free plan when we checked, only a 7-day trial.
Channels not on their list, and reviews you answer
Telegram, Bluesky and Discord are live publishing channels for us, and none of the three appeared in the FeedHive platform list we researched. Discord goes out through a channel webhook, so those posts come back with no permalink — worth knowing before you count on it. Occasely also syncs Google Business reviews, drafts a reply in the owner's voice and waits for a human to approve it before it posts — that is a different job from scheduling, and it is one small businesses do every week.
Tone tuning is not the same as language
Hinglish, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Spanish, Arabic and Portuguese among others, written the way people actually talk rather than transliterated. FeedHive's documented strength is tone-of-voice tuning; our research does not cover its language range, so if you write in Hinglish or Tamil, test both before you commit.
Side by side
| Dimension | Occasely | FeedHive |
|---|---|---|
| Where you start | Name an occasion. It plans and writes the full arc: teaser, build-up, offer, last day. | Open the composer and write a post. The AI improves what already exists. |
| Channels | Instagram, Facebook, Google Business, LinkedIn profiles, Telegram, X, Threads, Bluesky, Discord. | Adds TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn Pages, Facebook Groups. No Telegram, Bluesky or Discord on the list we researched. |
| Entry tier | Free plan with 2 channels. Growth is $19/mo for 6 channels, Pro $39 for 12. | No free plan when we checked. Creator €15/mo: 4 accounts, 30 scheduled posts. |
| Scheduling window | Campaign arcs are dated weeks ahead. Planning early is the point of the tool. | Researched July 2026: a 14-day window on Creator, 60 days on Brand. |
| AI metering | Text generation unlimited on paid plans. Credits only for generated images. | Credit-metered on every tier, 5,000 to 200,000 credits at the prices we saw. |
| Analytics | Delivery only: published, queued, failed, per network. No engagement data. | Pre-publish engagement prediction. Occasely has no equivalent. |
| Mobile app | No native app either. Occasely runs in a phone browser. | No native mobile app as of our mid-2026 research. |
When to pick FeedHive instead
- TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest is where your audience is, or you post to LinkedIn Pages and Facebook Groups. Occasely publishes to none of those, and no amount of campaign planning fixes a channel we cannot reach.
- You want a post scored before it goes out, or you report engagement and reach to someone. FeedHive predicts; Occasely's analytics stop at published, queued and failed. That is a real gap, not a positioning choice.
- Your content is evergreen and your leverage is recycling a library rather than planning around dates. FeedHive's recycling and conditional workflows are the best in this category and we are not close.
If the occasion is the part you keep missing
Describe your business once. Occasely plans the arc for every occasion that matters to it, writes each post for the channel it is going to, and holds the queue until you approve.
Questions
- Is Occasely a drop-in replacement for FeedHive?
- No. Occasely publishes to nine channels — Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn personal profiles, Telegram, X, Threads, Bluesky and Discord. If you rely on TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn Pages or Facebook Groups, moving costs you those. What you gain instead is occasion-first campaign planning, Telegram and Discord, AI-drafted Google review replies you approve before they post, and an MCP server that lets agents like Claude Code or Cursor queue drafts into your workspace — drafts only, since an agent cannot publish.
- Does Occasely predict how a post will perform, the way FeedHive does?
- No, and we would rather say it plainly than dress it up. Occasely's analytics are delivery only: published, queued or failed, per network, with a readable reason and a retry when something breaks. There is no follower growth, engagement, reach or impressions data. Pre-publish engagement scoring is a genuine FeedHive advantage.
- How does the pricing compare?
- At the time we researched this, FeedHive was EUR-native with no free plan and a 7-day trial: Creator at €15/mo (4 accounts, 30 scheduled posts, a 14-day scheduling window), Brand at €22/mo, Business at €69/mo, Agency at €239/mo. Occasely is $19/mo for Growth and $39/mo for Pro in USD worldwide, with a free plan and annual billed at ten months' price. Neither price is a guarantee — verify both before you buy.
- Is Occasely's AI credit-metered like FeedHive's?
- Partly. Text generation is unlimited on paid plans, so writing a campaign never costs you a balance. Generated images run on credits, because image generation has a real per-image cost. The free plan is capped at 10 AI posts a month — individual posts, not occasion campaigns, which begin on Growth — and that is enough to judge whether the writing sounds like you.
- Does Occasely have a mobile app?
- No. Occasely is a web app you use in a phone or desktop browser. FeedHive had no native mobile app either as of our mid-2026 research, so if a home-screen app is what you are switching for, neither of us solves it today.
